Marathon Oil Tower and Garage

Marathon Oil Tower is a 41-story skyscraper in Houston, Texas. The building is 562-feet-tall and was completed in November 1983 after only 22 months of construction. Bellows build the entire core and shell and parking garage and built out floors 16-41 for the Marathon Oil offices. The Marathon tower is connected to its own 12- level parking garage (2 levels below ground) that has a cafeteria, executive dining, and meeting space on the top floor of the facility.
