EOG Resources Inc. Office Building I and Garage

This project included an 86,000-sf, three-story office building and a structured parking garage. EOG implemented a true design-build process with the architect and Bellows, charging the team to construct a building that is low-maintenance and energy-efficient with potential for later sale, while working within the fixed budget. The new facility served as a prototype for EOG Resources Office Building II.
