EOG Resources, Inc., Houston Tenant Improvements

EOG Resources’ new headquarters allowed the relocation of their Houston office to a 250,000-sf space in Heritage Plaza. The project included all vertical and horizontal cabling to and from the IDF rooms. The building’s ability to provide a safe, flood-proof and weather-resistant location for EOG Resources’ main computer facility, with the equipment necessary to provide 24/7 uninterrupted computer service, became a driving force in a relocation decision. Bellows completed all the demolition and build-back in 15-months, allowing EOG to make all of their moves on time.
