This building is an 83,000-GSF, 4-story addition to the existing full-service Lakeside Hospital. Level one is administrative office spaces, levels two and three are patient rooms, and level four is shelled for future patient rooms. Exterior is concrete pan-slab structure with masonry, stucco, and glass facade.
