BMC, a leading provider of e-business systems software, had their employees in mind with this facility, providing on-site amenities and recreation. The facility has beauty and barber shops, automobile service capabilities, basketball courts, putting greens, soccer fields, cafes, fountains and water features, dining facilities and extensive landscaping. Bellows completed Phase I in 1992 with a 20-story architectural precast concrete and glass office tower with adjoining parking garage. Five years later, a 9-story precast concrete and glass office building was built with an adjoining 6-level parking garage, completing Phase II. The project was fully complete in 2001 after building a 6-story office building and garage in Phase III, and a 21-story precast concrete and glass office building with 6-level parking garage in Phase IV. The campus totals over 3.2 million square feet at a cost of $210 million. Architects involved with the project were KMJR/Ziegler Cooper (Phase I), DMJM Keating (Phase II), and DMJM (Phases III and IV).
