ConocoPhillips Woodcreek Campus Renovation

Renovation and construction of ConocoPhillips’ Woodcreek Campus was completed while the campus was fully occupied. The project involved extensive facade renovation, installation of a new roofing system, and some interior renovations. Bellows installed new fritted glass panels replacing the existing plastic sunshades on all of the campus buildings. Numerous aesthetic features were included in the project, such as creating an inviting outdoor environment. Substantial completion was achieved two months ahead of original schedule with a savings to the contract amount.
