Bellows completed a demolition and build-back of 12,000 gross square feet of lab space which was built around an existing irradiator room monitored by Homeland Security. The scope included 11 Biosafety cabinets, 4 fume hoods and multiple lab benches. The final cost of the project was $1,188,648 and was completed in 4 months.
