With bridges linking the buildings and garages, it continues to be a favorite of tenants. One Houston Center is a 46-floor Class A office building, completed in 1978 with architects Caudill Rowlett & Scott (CRS), 3DI, and Morris Architects. Two Houston Center is a 40-floor, Class A office building with a six-level parking garage. It was completed in 1974 with architects William L. Pereira and Pierce Goodwin Flanagan. Three Houston Center is a 52-story, 1.2 million-square-foot, Class A office building completed in 1982 with Caudill Rowlett & Scott.
