Paul joined Bellows in 1995 and served as the controller until 1997 when he advanced to vice president and chief financial officer. As a member of the executive team, Paul takes responsibility for managing the Company’s financial risks, reporting financial information, and overseeing essential administrative functions including treasury, payroll, and information technology. While the role of a chief financial officer is essential to “back office” operations, Paul enjoys working with clients, subcontractors, and others. Paul holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from Rice University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Paul chairs the advisory committee of the Associated General Contractors of America Southwest Chapters 401(k) plan and is a trustee on several other benefit plans in which the company participates.
